Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Pegasus Dental IT website.
Last updated: August 15, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website at pegasusdentalit.com (the “Site”), operated by Pegasus Dental IT, LLC (“Pegasus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is not the product. Argus is our EOB extraction and payment-posting software, offered to dental practices under a separate written services agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA). These Terms cover the website only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract, a guarantee of results, or a substitute for that agreement.
About the Site
The Site provides information about Pegasus and its products, including Argus. Argus is offered through a founding program and is under active development; features, availability, and descriptions may change without notice.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information only. It is not legal, medical, billing, coding, or compliance advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the “Pegasus Dental IT” and “Argus” names and marks — are owned by Pegasus Dental IT, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- use automated means to scrape or harvest content beyond what our robots.txt permits; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Site.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services — for example, Google Calendar for scheduling. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any forward-looking statements about products in development are subject to change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pegasus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pegasus harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
